I specialize in the HubSpot CRM. Running the CRM requires both the technical understanding of how it works and the strategy behind what a company wants to do with the platform. At it’s core Hubspot customizes, automates, and optimizes sales and marketing. To manage the platform I have to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, build custom reports, and train teams to improve lead conversion and revenue. Using Hubspot I have increased revenue 200% and I help teams consistently turn leads into sales. 

My key responsibilities and capabilities are:

  • System Setup & Customization: I configure CRM properties, pipelines, stages, and user access to match business processes.
     

  • Workflow Automation: I designs, builds, and optimizes complex workflows to reduce manual work and nurture leads.
     

  • Data Integrity & Hygiene: I manage imports, deduplication strategies, and data cleanliness.
     

  • Reporting & Analytics: I create custom dashboards to track KPIs, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
     

  • Platform knowledge: I have a solid knowledge of HubSpot’s tools (Forms, CTAs, Email, Sales Sequences, etc.).
     

  • Strategic Consultation: I translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
